Annie Malone Warned Poro Agents

Annie Malone in 1934 warned her Poro agents and beauticians about the possibility of a white invasion in the black hair care industry.  We have witnessed how many non-blacks have benefited because of this industry and we can expect this trend to continue. Is it possible to reverse this phenomenon? Is it important that we try to regain the black hair industry? What do you suggest we do to make this happen?
